The fast casual restaurant is expected to open at 2729 West Belleview Avenue in spring 2022.

Wingstop will join a diverse stable of quick-serve restaurants and other daily needs retailers at the newly remodeled shopping center, including Black Rock Coffee, Planet Fitness, Dairy Queen, Subway, Taco Bell, Metro by T-Mobile, Dollar Tree and others. Located with premium access and visibility to approximately 38,000 vehicles per day on the Belleview Avenue retail corridor, Wingstop will enjoy convenient proximity to an adjacent King Soopers grocery center as well as benefit from strong trade area demographics featuring a population of 99,949 and an average household income of $97,483 within a 3-mile radius.

Known for their menu of cooked to order classic wings, boneless wings and tenders tossed in a choice of 11 bold, distinctive flavors that range from mild to hot, Wingstop also features signature sides including fresh-cut, seasoned fries and freshly-made dips .
