Cortney Hahr joined ACD in October 2025 as a Staff Accountant. Her accounting career began in 2017, where she gained valuable, hands-on experience working directly with a small business owner. This early opportunity laid the groundwork for her strong understanding of small business accounting and the connection between financial management and day-to-day operations.
Over time, Cortney’s growing interest in real estate led her to specialize in real estate accounting. She enjoys applying her technical expertise to complex projects and takes pride in contributing to the financial success of property development and investment initiatives.
Favorite Things
Outside of work, Cortney enjoys staying active through golf, hiking, and pilates. She also loves spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, and is currently on her sourdough-baking journey.
Education
Cortney earned an associate’s degree in accounting from Front Range Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting to further enhance her skills and professional development.
