Jarrett Armstrong

Co-Founder and CEO

Jarrett Armstrong is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Development. He shares responsibility for the firm’s strategic vision and investment generation, while overseeing ACD’s acquisition, development, construction, and property management functions.

Before founding ACD, Jarrett established the Evergreen Group, a real estate investment firm that served as a precursor to ACD. He previously spent seven years in investment banking, most recently as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division at Jefferies & Company. Over the course of his banking career, which spanned New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, he advised on more than $1.5 billion in M&A transactions and raised over $3.0 billion in debt and equity capital for corporate clients.

Favorite Things

Outside of work, Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of everything Colorado has to offer. He’s an avid alpine skier—most recently exploring snowcat skiing—and appreciates the outdoors, Denver’s vibrant culinary scene, and local sports teams.

Jarrett is also committed to community involvement and has long supported organizations focused on education, youth development, and health. He is a current member of YPO Colorado and has previously served causes including Regis Jesuit High School, Colorado Youth at Risk, the AIDS Foundation in California, and the ACE Scholarship Foundation.

Jarrett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
