Nathalie joined ACD in July 2025 as Controller, bringing over two decades of accounting experience across both the public and private sectors. She began her career in public accounting, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit preparation, before transitioning into leadership roles within commercial and residential real estate.
At ACD, Nathalie is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting processes, ensuring strong internal controls, and maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. She is known for building efficient accounting infrastructures, providing accurate financials, and creating audit-ready financial packages across multi-entity environments.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling, staying active outdoors, spending time with her husband and two children, and attending live music events.
Education
Nathalie holds a Master of Accounting from Colorado State University.
