Cammy Unkrich is the Vice President of Property Management for Armstrong Capital Development and is responsible for all of the day-to-day property management functions within ACD’s portfolio.
Prior to ACD, Cammy was a Real Estate Manager for Denver CB Richard Ellis Asset Services, where she was responsible for managing a 15 building flex-industrial office park that included 224,000 square feet and 90 different tenants. As a result of several operational initiatives, Cammy and her team drove significant improvements in occupancy within the office park. Prior to this experience, Cammy was the Assistant Real Estate Manager of a Class “A” office portfolio consisting of three buildings with over 495,000 square feet where again, her focus was on tenant relations and property operations.

Cammy enjoys aerobics, biking and hiking during Colorado’s non-snowy months.

Cammy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
