Madde Burnham joined Armstrong Capital Development as a Development Analyst in 2020 and was promoted to a Development Associate in 2021. Madde contributes to the successful development and redevelopment of self-storage and grocery-anchored retail properties for the full project lifecycle from underwriting to disposition. Her additional responsibilities include the asset management of retail properties and supporting the operations of our self-storage properties.
Prior to joining ACD, Madde spent 5 years with Oracle as a software consultant.
Favorite Things
Outside of work, Madde enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as taking advantage of the outdoors. She is an avid skier, backcountry skier, backpacker and mountain biker.
Education
Madde graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.
