Nicholas “Nic” Davison joined ACD in February of 2024 as a Staff Accountant. Nic is responsible for a broad range of accounting functions and brings to the role a wealth of expertise honed over more than a decade in accounting and financial management. His analytical expertise, proactive approach, and robust background in managing financial aspects within the real estate industry meaningfully contribute to the smooth functioning of financial operations within the firm.
Prior to joining ACD, Nicholas was a Senior Accountant for a Regional Property Management company with over $3b AUM.

Nicholas is an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding solace and inspiration amidst nature’s splendor. Accompanied by his ‘Velcro dog’, Roxie, a timid, but spirited 6-year-old Doberman, he embraces the serenity and solace of backcountry camping and the exhilaration of a quick jaunt in Golden to multi-day hiking trips in the wilderness. Whether scaling mountain peaks or traversing winding trails, Nicholas approaches every challenge with determination, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
